Return & Exchange Policy

Every saree is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Return requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. We accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective and for slight colour discrepancies caused by photography lighting or differences between screen displays, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return

A return request may be accepted when:

• The product arrives damaged or defective, such as torn fabric, a weaving defect, stains, or transit damage; or
• The customer reports a slight colour discrepancy caused by photography lighting or differences between screen displays.

For every return, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the saree must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact. Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had fall, pico, or blouse stitching completed cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

A complete, uncut unboxing video is mandatory for a damaged or defective product claim. The video must:

• Start before the sealed parcel is opened and clearly show the intact outer packaging and shipping label.
• Be one continuous recording without cuts, pauses, or edits.
• Clearly show the damaged or defective portion of the saree.

If the damaged or defective product claim is approved, Adharsh Silks will pay the return shipping cost and arrange a free reverse pickup.

3. Slight Colour Discrepancies

Product colours may vary slightly because of photography lighting and differences in mobile, computer, and other screen displays. If a customer chooses to return a saree for this reason, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and the customer must pay the return shipping cost. The product must meet the unused and original-condition requirements stated above.

4. How to Raise a Return Request

1. Contact us within 48 hours through WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
2. For damaged or defective products, include clear photographs and the complete uncut unboxing video.
3. Our team will review the request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags and the invoice.

5. Resolution: Exchange or Refund

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

• Exchange: You may choose a replacement of the same product. If it is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay/receive the difference for a product of a different value.
• Refund: An approved refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection approval. Cash on Delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the details provided by the customer.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Requests raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Damaged or defective product claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video.
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or have had fall, pico, or blouse stitching completed.
• Products without the original tags, packaging, or invoice.
• Minor irregularities in weave or zari that are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not defects.
• Change of mind, dislike of the product, or reasons other than the accepted conditions above.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled; this return policy will apply after delivery.
